In 2002 I started my career in the insurance industry as a full time agent. Through out my career I have worked with other insurance companies and have held different positions. I have had the privilege in being mentored and guided by some of the best in the insurance industry. I have always believed that we should work for our agents and not our agents work for us. Unfortunately, in this business some Managers or IMO’s believe that you work for them well, that is just not the case here at 365 Final Expense Group. I created 365 Final Expense Group with the bases of the agent being first then our customers because, without our agents we have no customers.
